About Me
I’m Darryl, a massage therapist and movement specialist who helps athletes move better, recover faster, and stay active without pain holding them back.
I work with runners, climbers, soccer players, lifters, and active people who push their bodies and need it to show up for them. Over the years, I’ve seen how easily tightness, stiffness, and small imbalances can turn into bigger setbacks, especially when training stays consistent, but recovery doesn’t. That’s where my work comes in.
My approach blends hands-on sports massage therapy with practical mobility training designed to fit smoothly into your routine. I focus on improving joint health, restoring soft tissue function, and helping athletes build the kind of resilient movement that supports performance, not just short-term relief.
What drives me is simple: movement has the power to change the way you feel in your sport and in your life. When an athlete starts moving with more freedom, more confidence, and less pain, everything from training to daily living gets better. I’ve watched these small changes lead to big transformations, stronger strides, smoother climbs, more efficient lifts, and athletes who feel at home in their bodies again.
